Why can't more than one person be on the Spotify app playing music at once?!

That sounds odd. Are you on Spotify Free, Spotify Premium or Spotify Premium for Family? I'll see what I can suggest. Let me know! 🙂

Hmm, that's odd, you should all be able to listen at the same time. Just to make sure, you've followed all steps under: "Manage your Premium for Family plan" on this page to set up Spotify Premium for Family?
