Playlist Artwork Missing with 100% Local Files Playlists on iOS

Why is there no, "four tile" playlist artwork on iOS for 100% local files playlists like there is on my desktop version of Spotify?

This happened to me after I tinkered with the default artwork on my desktop.  I can recover the 4-tile default (first 4 songs) temporarily by editing the playlist description, but every time I close and reopen Spotty, the default arwork is gone again.  Need fix!
