Playlist by spotify cuts short songs

My Question or Issue

Whenever I play a playlist by Spotify, the songs are cut short. For example when playing “Motivation Mix” by spotify, the first song “All Falls Down” has only 3:12. But if I add the same song to my own playlist it becomes 3:19. So the last 7 secs are cut by playlist. I have attached screenshots here. This is indeed very annoying and every single song is cut short. Please let me know how to fix it.

I don’t have crossfade turned on.

p.s. This website is really difficult to use on mobile. Firstly saying my iphone screenshots size too large. Secondly it requires .jpg but iPhone screenshots stored as .jpeg. Make it almost impossible to use from iPhone!

I've had the same problem with "Brain Food" by Spotify. All the songs are cut short. I also have cross fade off.
