Playlist don't show all songs

Hi Guys,

I have a problem that I'm trying to resolve for couple of weeks now, I've read many of the posts and nothing seems to be working for me.

I created couple playlist from my computer and most of the songs do not appear on my phone and other people's phones as well.

The playlists show 135 songs but only a third is showing up and available to listen.

Any ideas please ?
