Playlist not shuffling

I first noticed this on my phone which is why I put it in the iOS section but later I double checked and it also happened on my desktop Spotify. A new playlist I followed, Electro Workout, doesn't seem to be able to shuffle. Everytime I hit shuffle playlist it starts from the beginning and even if I select a song manually (and shuffle is on) it will play in order. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this? All of my other playlists (my own and spotify curated) seem to be working fine. Thanks,
