Playlist problems

If I log into my account using facebook I can access all my playlists but my subscription is free. If I use my regular log in I have premium subscription but I can find none of my playlists. I have used the same email and even tried upgrading to family to solve the problem but I just can't seem to get this together. Pkease help. Next step is cancelling all involvement with Spotify. It's giving me nothing but grief lately. This has been going on for months. Not worth paying for at all!

What is happening here is that you are accidentally using two completely separate accounts. If you would like them merged together, you should contact Spotify support. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
