Playlist was available offline, now not

Am a Premium user, and had a playlist that was set as available offline.  Used this function on my iPhone, and saw all the tracks had the green icon noting they could be listened to without a connection.  Added new songs to playlist today, and clicked the "Available Offline" button 2 times to set all tracks.  All tracks have been synched on my MacBook, but on my phone, all songs have a grey icon.  Have attempted mutple times to reset the playlist, but have had no success.

In addition, when going into Devices > my iPhone, the playlist i want to listen to offline has "pending" written on it.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
