Playlist won't download into my iPhone

Hi,
I'm experiencing a really annoying issue with spotify on my iPhone 7. There's this playlist that I have, that doesn't exceed the 3333 song limit, and it just won't download. It used to download on my old phone (Android) and it downloads on my Mac perfectly. I don't know what's going on; the arrows come up under the songs, but they are grey instead of green. If someone could help me with this, cause after all I'm paying for it's main service and it isn't working.

Is it just this one playlist? Or does nothing download? In any case try: Restarting the phone (sounds dumb does help) or try mobile data (wifi if you had mobile active to download)
