Playlists Won't Play

Playlists Won't Play

I just did a software update on my iPod touch and now when I try to play a playlist the device locks up briefly then kills the spotify app completely.  Have unintalled/reinstalled several times with no luck.

 

What is going on and how I do I get this fixed?

WIth your help and Greg at Customer Service it is now working.

 

First step: completely remove Spotify from iPod

2nd Step: reset device (hold home and power button until Apple logo appears)

 

Much thanks, I can now rock again 🙂

Hello!

 

Hmmm.. thats weird. Have you tried a soft reset (holding down the power and home button until the apple logo comes up)?
