Playlists are gone, music won't play properly

Hello,

I just found this issue yesterday evening: all my playlists have disappeared off my phone but are still on my desktop, and if I try to even stream a song off a search, the music stops playing in the middle of any song. The pause button is shown to show that I can pause the not-playing-song, but I can't pause, then okay to "jumpstart" the song again. I also deleted the app and redownloaded it and signed back in, still nothing works.

I have a simulair problem. In the offline modus, everytime i start a song, the sound stops somewhere in the middle, but the seconde of the song keep going (it still plays, but without sound). I already reinstalled the app, still the same result.

I am having the exact same problem, mine started over a week ago, who can i contact to fix this issue!!! I've deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times, but nothing seems to work

I updated my phone and spotify went back to its normal self. Not sure what
it was but maybe trying updating your phone to the most recent IOS?
