Playlists disappeared on iphone

Hi!

I'm using Spotify on my computer as well as my iphone. Now it seems like all my playlists have disappeared from Spotify on iPhone. When I log in on my computer though, they are all there. I have tried logging out and back in - no change. I tried reinstalling the iphone-app but it didn't help. I also read somewhere that my account may have gotten connected to my facebook and that I should try to use that login, but there were no files there, it was like opening a brand new account. Now I've run out of ideas. Can anyone help me?
