Playlists have no songs in them, no music shows up when searching

Device: iPhone7

Using spotify on my phone, when I click on a playlists, it says "Let's find some songs for your playlist" and acts like the playlist has no songs. When I search for music, it says 'Something went wrong, have another go" "Try again". When I go to stations, it says I'm offline. I've tried logging out, deleting the app, restarting my phone, doing a clean reinstall; nothing works. On my computer, on my same account, everything works fine, my playlists have songs, ect. I made sure my internet connection is good by using other apps, and I also went off WiFi, on LTE. My cellular data is turned on for Spotify, and other apps work fine there too. I've made sure the software on my phone is up to date also. Then I tried logging in with my dad's account. His account is premium, mine is free. Same result there: playlists have no songs, ect. So it seems like it's a problem with my device?
