Playlists not syncing to play offline

For weeks now I haven't been able to sync my playlists on my iPhone 5. I just updated the app and it still does not work. I pay for the premium account because I cannot stream music while I'm at work or driving. I need music in my life. Please help!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Unfortunately, it sounds like you are experiencing a bug outlined here. As there are no updates to it, I presume it is still there in 0.7.2. If you fill out the troubleshooting template in the report, then it will help Spotify solve the issue.

I am having this problem as well-I am very close to cancelling my account because there is no point if I cannot listen to music while offline.
