Please stop lying to Taiwan users about free mobile streaming

Mobile streaming is obviously not available in Taiwan yet my desktop spotify client will remind me everyday that mobile streaming is now free with multiple ways such as audio ads, announcements and visual banners and pages....I feel extremely annoyed as I do look forward to this feature yet I am disappointed everytime!!!! Please stop taunting your users like that!
