Podcast Episode: Go to Rewind and Lose Place

My Question or Issue

This has been one of the most irritating ongoing issues for a couple of years now. 
Every time I go to rewind by clicking the 15 second button, an advertisement will pop up and when it’s over/when I skip it, the episode will rewind 10-15 min (it varies more than that) and lose my place. It happens almost every single time I use any of the fast forward or rewind buttons. I am really hoping that this issue can finally get fixed.

We'll need to gather more info about what's happening first. Does this happen when you're listening from the device or when playing via Bluetooth or Spotify Connect? Additionally, let us know if this happens with just one device and if you've tried any troubleshooting steps to fix it (e.g., a reinstallation, a soft reset, or a different device).

Lastly, If possible, send over a video or recording of the issue and let us know the Spotify version you have installed. You can attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.
