Position of the settings icon / Library tab layout

iOS App:

For one of my accounts, the Settings icon appears on the Library tab, and under this, I see sections for artists, music and so on – see photo.

On my other account, a new non-premium one, the Settings icon appears on the Home tab, and the Library tab features 4 large sections like on this picture:

What is the factor that determines where the Settings icon appears and which layout is used for the Library tab?

If i understand correctly and to answer you question, Premium accounts and Free accounts have two different UI as their limitations are different.

Correct me if i misunderstood the question 😃
