Premium Account blocked

Hi,

I had to create a new account just to post this message! I'm trying to access and get an answer for days now and spotify is making it very hard for me to get any further!

My other account is blocked. I'm not sure how but i managed to post a message yesterday (under the name of maaikedev4)  but i'm not able to see the answer because this requires me to log in first, which i'm not able to. When i try to log in it tells me there is no active account, but i have a premium, which i have paid for until last week!

I'm really frustrated about not being able to access my premium account 😞 hopefully there is anyone who can finally help me out.
