Premium account not recognize my iPhone

Premium account not recognize my iPhone

Please help. Just paid for the premium account. iPhone is still not recognizing it.

I'm really getting frustrated here.  Come on Spotify!  Should not be that complicated to upgrade from a trial account to premium!  Can a moderator please step in and help me with my issue?  I feel I have already tried all of the possible fixes being proposed on this forum.

actually, i did search and per my previous post, I tried different suggestions...to no avail.  I didn't read all 1,026 threads on this topic but definitely did a lot of research.

 

are you saying that I pretty much SOL for now?  I just need to know whether this is an account set up issue that someone at Spotify can help resolve or whether I can fix it on my end.

 

I appreciate your help on this issue.

They are working to restore service, even if now is weekend.

 

They will fix this asap, before monday. This is a big problem and I think Spotify is doing it's best to keep fingers on this problem.
