Premium account not working

Premium account not working

I have a premium account but its not working my playlist r still there and I've tried logging out and back in and my account status says I am a premium user but it won't let me stream any music

I tried all Thea steps and it did not work my playlist is still there but it won't let me stream anything off of it

Very strange! Can you try fully turning your phone off and back on again?

I have complety shut it down and turned back on and it still won't let me stream any music and it was working jus fine last nite

What is the exact error message you are getting? Also, according to your online overview when is your next bill date?

I'm not getting a error message it jus wont let me stream any music the next withdrawal comes out 6/25/13 but the jus took one out on 5/2513

Strange, does it work if you connect to WiFi/3G (different networks)? 

What series of device are you using?

I'm using a iphone5 I tried connecting to wifi 3G and lte

Would it be possible to try connecting to WiFi somewhere just to see if this is a connection issue? Its very strange not to get an error message!

I connected to the wifi it's still doing the same thing

Have to say this is definitely strange, hoping someone who has experience with iOS will pick this topic up! 

All I can think of is going through the full reinstallation steps in this post and see if they make any difference in cleaning the cache and everything!
