Premium but can’t skip some playlists

I have Spotify Premium but can’t seem to skip songs on certain playlists, whether I have created them or someone else has. 

In the lock screen mode the forward and backwards arrows don’t work and in the actual playlists that are affected the little bar with the song currently playing and the option to skip disappears. The only way I seem to be able to skip is by pressing the shuffle button so another random song comes on, or actually scrolling through and selecting the next song. 

I have tried logging out and back in but this hasn’t made a difference. Some playlists work fine.

Any ideas? 😕

That's odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Hi Nico,

Thanks for your suggestion, I’ll give that a try. 

I have also just noticed that the playlists that won’t let me skip have 4 question marks within diamond shapes next to the playlist title. Does anybody know what this means? 

Perhaps this is the reason those playlists can’t skip?
