My Question or Issue

I’m premium account But ads(both of audio or visual ads) while listening to regular music content 

I tried this,

 

  logging out > restarting your device > logging back in to sync up your subscription status with your device

 

But still ads.

 

And  I checked with my account page and it says Premium Individual, Ad-free music listening, offline listening, and unlimited skips. but still getting ads iPhone and MacBook both are getting ads.

 

Help me out or want to get refund
