Premium is not working on iphone

HELP! My Spotify premium account does not sync with the Spotify app on my iPhone! It does work on my PC but when I try to do it on my phone it refuses to work, what should I do?

Hey, if you logged into desktop Spotify using Facebook, can you try logging out and back in Spotify on your iphone using the same Facebook credentials?  Or if you didn't use Facebook to log into the desktop app, try logging into the iphone app using the non-facebook username and password.

I tried logging in using both Facebook and just my regular username, but it still didn't work. I have tried it multiple times now but it just does not want to give me the premium status. Can you/Spotify team/somebody please help me out? 😞

If you have just subscribed, you should have an email to confirm with your username in it. What username is shown there?

It says Jazaaf, the same username I used for signing up for Spotify and the name I used to activate my coupon on. I tried to log in and out but somehow it still doesn't work... 😞

What does it say on your subscription status on your online overview?

It says I'm a Spotify Unlimited user, but the Spotify iPhone app still recognises me as a free user. I even have the payment check and a confirmation in my email inbox, but the app doesn't give me the unlimited use I was promised.

Spotify Unlimited only gives you benifits on the desktop and web players, it is the same as Spotify Free on mobile and tablets. If you want th full mobile or tablet experience, that is a Premium feature I'm afraid.
