Premium update but still free member on iphone

Hei, I updated my account to premium two days ago, but I am still free member on my iphone. I logged out and deleted the app, but after that, I am still only free member. What can I do?

Yes it is. I am a premium member and I get a confirmation from Itunes that I bought it.

@Ohreworm91  That's weird, have you tried a soft reset of your device (pressing and holding the home and power button until you see an Apple logo)? This does not delete any content you have on your device. If this does not fix it, you should contact Spotify directly for this, you can do that here. If you get an automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply). They should be able to find out what is going on, and make sure you can get the benefits of Premium on your iPhone. Also, sometimes you can get faster service via twitter @Spotifycares
