Hi. I am having a very serious problem with my Spotify. I am a premium member and have been using spotify for about 6 months, but recently (the last week) my phone has stopped syncing with my Spotify. The songs that I have put into my playlist through local files are showing up on my playlists, but in grey. I have never had this problem before. I have an iPhone 5 that is up-to-date with the most recent software, I have about 1.2 g of space left on my phone so that is not the issue. I have both uninstalled and re-installed Spotify from both my Macbook and my iPhone and logged in and out and nothing seems to work. My phone will not show up under the "Devices" tab on my computer. I tried to unslide my playlists from offline to online and then back to offline and now all the songs, not just a few from my local files are in grey. It also says I have no local files on my phone but on my computer they all show up.
Please let me know if you have a solution.
