I just bought another month with spotify premium and having problems with syncing songs.
It seems to be a problem with the user and not the app, because the syncing is no problem when i log into another user.
Why´s that?
Have you reached syncing limits (3 devices)?
No, hasn`t used one of them
Do you get any error messages?
Yes, "There was a problem with Spotify server" when i try to sync on my Mac.
But not when i log into an other account.
Hmmm.........I haven't seen that error message for a while. Could you try reinstalling spotify then try again. If you still get the server error, please get in touch with the support guys and they'll check your account to make sure everything is OK. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.
