Push- Notifications from followed artists!

Please Spotify! Please make it soon possible to receive Push- Notifications of my favorite artists! 

Since 2 years ago i chat with the Support about that problem but nothing change! 

All settings for notifications pulled on, but it doesnt work on my iPhone 6S, on my iPhone 7, on my iPad Air 2, on my LG G5. 

What is the problem? The fail is yours dear Spotify. My settings are all correct.
