Radio not showing any stations

I recently became a premium spotify user, then added spotify music service to my sonos system. When i open the sonos app and then open spotify I don't have the radio station option. Attached is the screen option in sonos for spotify.  Is there a fix for this? thanks

There is no radio in Sonos, or in any other hardware partner device. Main thread seems to be over here.
