Please reset my devices

My desktop spotify works well.

My iphone app keeps reading "browswer will not work in offline mode" but cannot go beyond this second screen. Cannot get info settings.

Hi @pmc I moved your post to the iOS section. Can you try resetting your iphone by holding the Home and Lock buttons together for 10 seconds and see if that works.
