Issue still occurs

This problem occurs specifically when listening to spotify through bluetooth. Issue has occurred since ios 6 launch. Still there in ios 7.0.1

How to turn off noise plays when skipping a song

On Spotify mobile for iPhone, when you skip a song it plays a very loud bleep. When I have my stereo loud and I skip the song this noise plays and its louder than my music and it pierces my eardrums. How do you shut that noise off?

Spotify playing in car with USB

Drive a 09 Honda civic, when I use spotify with the USB, car says unsupported, but with regular music it's fine, just the app, I'm not sure if it's normal common, or being fixed soon thanks!
