Spotify app is frozen on iPhone. Keeps saying 'waiting'

Hi,

I've tried resetting my iphone (holding lock screen and off switch), didn't work.

My app says waiting and when I try to delete there is no 'x' on the app so I can't even delete it.

Help would be appreciated.

@StevenIrwin I've moved your post to the iOS section. Can you remove the app using itunes?

What device and iOS verision are you using?

I started having this problem today also. I tried rebooting many times but no luck. Spotify is dead on my phone at this point. It just sits in "waiting" and you can't even remove it from the phone. The x button doesn't show up when you hold down on the icon.
