Spotify removed liked songs

Hi! I just had the same issue, I had around 71000 songs liked and from one day to another it went down to 9200 songs, I have been dealing with problems on my account during this week, like it would take 5 mins to open the app and once I play a song it would reset entirely the app for no reason

Sorry to see this has happened.
Some users seem to be experiencing issues with their app after the latest update in this thread here.
If your issues are the same, it's worth leaving a reply in there to make sure you don't miss any updates.

What bothers me is the track count in your Liked Songs, as no other user seems to be reporting this. With this in mind, would you mind checking if the issue is present across multiple platforms or only on specific devices?

As a starting troubleshooting step you can try clearing your cached data on the affected device to see if that would make a difference. A step further would be to go for a complete clean reinstall of the app as shown here.

yeah I tried both things yesterday and it didn’t work(reinstalling and clearing the cache), 
and about the liked songs count on my iPhone it still showing 9500 songs aprox, and I tried to open it on my ps4 and it wouldn’t even load, it has the same problem if I try it on my smart tv.

Hi Vasil, I tried the solution proposed in the post you linked in your comment and now it’s working without any issues and I got back all my liked songs.
