SPOTIFY NOT WORKING OFFLINE

my spotify has not been working Offline for about 2 weeks now. I've deleted the app everyday and reinstalled it to see if that is the problem, but that does not work.

trying to reach someone from spotify is none-existent, and for someone that has been paying for premium for more than 4 years, i find this A Big Problem.

i'm literally a finger click away from deleting this app before the end of the month and paying for itunes instead. 

I need a Spotify representative to get back to  me before the morning.
