Save specific occurence of dynamic playlist, such as #ThrowbackThursday

I really like last Thursday's occurence, so I clicked "follow" but I'm pretty sure by doing this I'm subscribing to an ever-updating playlist, not last Thursday's occurence.  How do I save this one occurence?  I know I can manually add each song to a playlist, but I'm wondering if there's an easier way.  Thanks.

Yes, you'll need to copy all the tracks into a new playlist. This is quickest using the desktop client as you can select all tracks with crtl-a/cmd-a and add them to a new playlist from the context menu.
