Saved songs dissapeared

ever since i updated the spotify app this week my saved songs do not show up on my iPhone 6 app unless i have an internet connection. they do appear on playlists

my saved songs are also not showing up on my HP elitebook 745 laptop and i am connected to the internet. the saved songs do appear on my playlists

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Hi Nico,

I've got exactly the same problem and tried uninstalling then reinstalling, no change, still can't see any albums or artists that were saved on my phone. Also, when both my phone and computer were in wifi my phone used to come up as a device that I could then go manage all my music on via my desktop but this isn't coming up any more, not sure if this is just a new update or a fault but it is very frustrating! My phone does appear in the list of offline devices in my account through the spotify website but just not in spotify itself. Any ideas? I'm using a Macbook Pro and an iPhone 5 if that helps at all.

Hi @naawz, that sounds like you may accidentally be logged into two different accounts. Is it possible that you have created one account with an email address, and another account separately with a Facebook account?

I'd suggest logging out of all your devices, then ensure that you're logging in with the exact same credentials on each device.

I had to reset my password for my iCloud account, would this then have an effect on my Spotify saved music as currently it's downloading all my music (again)?
