Seriously pissed off! Facebook sign in on IOS!!!

I signed up for spotify premium trial on my PC... but i want to use my iPad mainly.

when i signed up i logged in using Facebook on the PC..

I want to sign into the iPad NOT USING FACEBOOK - I have a seporate account for work on there. Im not signing in and out everytime i use spotify.  Soooo. i followed this link here to set a device password

I asked for the code to be sent (Jesus only kows why you have to do that).
I get nothing. no email. Ive sent it 100 times and ewaited all day.

Yes I have had other email from Spotify to the same account..

I've been messing about with this for hours.

Will be moving back to Google Play Music if I cant fix this soon - that just works! no arsing about..

You can't use a device password on an ipad or iphone. Those are intended mostly for partner devices. So if you created an account using a facebook login, you need to use the same login from your iPad to access this account. As an alternative, create an account with a spotify username/password on both your PC and iPad and use that instead. If you use the online contact form the customer service team can help with merging the two accounts. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to speed things along.
