works perfect on my computer and iPad. This problem is only on my iPhone 11.


i have been on a premium account for well over 3 years. Never had a single issue.  No matter what I do, it will not play within my playlist. It shuffles everything I play. It will play the first song I choose then go to some random song outside of my playlist as that isn’t even in the same genre. Shuffle is turned off. I am very frustrated. Please help!

Most common issues can be fixed with a quick reinstall of the app. In some situations however, a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app might be needed. This way you can start afresh with Spotify on your iPhone.

Suggested solutions do not work for me. Latest app update makes the issue even worse. I could temporarily fix the issue by logging out of the app and logging back in. After the latest app update, even that doesn't work. I hate Shuffle mode. This issue makes Spotify almost worthless to me.

None of the solutions that Spotify have posted seem to work - can somebody provide a technical solution as this is crazy
