Since IOS 11 Spotify is not working well on my IPod

It's been two days .. I tried everything and am still having problems. spotify is not working well on IOS 11, everytime I'm listening to musics it's like nothing is being played at all... it doesn't appear on the lockScreen or anywhere. If I want to skip a music or anything like it I have to unlock my device and go to the spotify app. It's awfull to that every two minutes. I want to preview and control the musics I'm listening as I used to do, from the LockScreen... 

Can somebody help me please? Is it a problem from Spotify or Apple devices? Somebody got the same problem?

I have the same problem but on my iPhone 7... it has to do with the Spotify app not being update to be compatible with the new Apple update. I tested it on my bf's phone and he hasn't updated his phone and Spotify works fine with the controls but on my updated iPhone there are no controls on the lock screen or the Spotify app.
