Skipping Tracks/Fast forwarding songs

Everytime I try to play a playlist/Song on Spoyify it constantly skips through the playlist and wont play the song ive chosen. If a song actually plays its like im holding the forward button, so skips through the whole song. This has been a recurring issue for almost two weeks now. Ive tried to resolve this by deleting the app and reinstalling (TWICE) and also updated to the new IOS software and still no joy.

If you're not on Spofity Premium, you won't be able to select a specific song to play. 

If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting Spotify Support.
