Sorry but with the new ios7.1 developers beta software there's a snap feature in the settings automatically and no explanation was givin?

Is it in the settings of the Spotify app? Or settings in iOS 7.1?

iPhone or iPad?

I am currently running iOS 7.1 beta 2 and I cannot find a feature called "snap".
