Some local files can't be synced to iPhone (others on the same album can)

This is really weird and happened to me for the first time yesterday. Gremlins Have Pictures have 16 tracks (only two are available on spotify). Yesterday I added the album as local files, all play on the desktop Spotify. When I tried to sync the playlist to my iPhone three tracks were grayed out on my iPhone (won't sync or play). They are grayed out on the desktop too, but will play there.

Can anyone help me? I had to search real hard to buy this OOP album, and now it won't sync. 😞

i am having the exact same problem with a bunch of my local files.  I have about 300 files that won't sync.  Some are random, but some files are in the middle of an album where all the other songs synced.  I have checked to make sure the files are compatible, I have tried updating the files with gracenote, and nothing seems to be helping.  What else can I try?

same thing is happening with mine, except it's worse because is about 40 some odd songs not available on spotify that will not sync i am EXTREMELY frusterated
