Some podcasts don’t play in IPhone

I click play and nothing happens. If I move the cursor to a specific minute, it stays in that point but still doesn’t play. Already cleared cache and reinstalled the app. Most of the podcasts are working fine, it’s just some of them that don’t work

Can you let me know if this happens to specific podcasts or just random podcasts? Can you also let me know the make and model of your device? And if you have a screen recording of what's happening, that would be great to include so I can see what's going on closely.

Huberman Lab and Pivot are examples of podcasts that don’t work, but I can’t find a pattern. My device is an IPhone 14. Please find a recording attached.

Thanks for the info!

It looks like the file wasn't attached properly. Can you try again? If you can't attach it to your reply, you can upload it to Google Drive (make sure to allow general access to the file) or as an unlisted YouTube video instead.

Can you test if this happens on another device if available? It'd also be great if you can ask someone to log in their account on your phone and try playing the podcasts you mentioned. This way we can check if this is device- or account-related.

We'll be on the lookout for your response.

Appreciate the cooperation @jbastos.

We viewed the video and tested from our end, but couldn't replicate the same behavior. Whenever you could try, it'd be great if you could ask a relative or a friend to log in to their account on your iPhone so they can also test.

On another note, could you also download the specific episode(s), set the app to Offline mode and let us know if it makes any difference?
