After have new Spotify version on my iPhone SE, sometimes they say "connecting", i can't see anything in my playlists or albums (i can't play any Spotify music anymore, this sucks), i can't play any offline song, until i get connect to a internet connection. Then every music is back in seconds and can been played.
I do not have 4G, i only use Wi-Fi networks.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app?
If that doesn't help, could you let me know your iOS version to your iPhone SE? You can find this by going to Settings > General > About > Version.

No worries! It seems like your device isn't up to date. Could you try updating your iPhone to iOS 13.1.3? You can do this by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
