Songs deleting when phone dies

 When my phone dies Spotify logs me out of my account and deletes all of my songs

Could you try accessing your Spotify device on a web player, or a desktop app? You can also use another device if you’d perfer.

Well yea I can but I wouldn’t have my music on the go with me

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
