Songs looks like they are playing but there is no sound

Im using a iphone 6s. This issue usually happens when i first open the app.

I click on a song and it looks like it's playing but no sound comes out so i click on a different song or a playlist and if that dosent work i close the app and open it again this usually works but in some cases it doesn't work too so i just can't listen to music for some moment. It's getting pretty annoying please help me.

If reopening the app only fixes the issue temporarily you might need to perform a clean reinstall of Spotify on your device. This will get you the latest app version with all necessary feature updates.  

If you see no change after a clean reinstall, check if any power optimization settings or data cleaning apps run active on your mobile device and disable these. Such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity. We also suggest accessing the app settings and making sure all permissions are enabled for Spotify.
