My Question or Issue

My issue is that some albums that I have saved to my library are entirely blank upon opening them. This issue doesn't allow me to listen to the music I'd like to listen to and it is making me consider switching to another streaming provider if a fix for this issue is not found.

Thanks for posting here and adding some screenshots! 

Can you tell us if the albums appear blank on other devices as well?

Have you tried running a clean reinstall to make sure your app is running with the latest features? You could then log in and out again to shake things up a bit. 

If that doesn't do the trick for you, can you let us know your Spotify version?

Hi Petya,
It seems completely random to be honest. One minute an album will be there and the next it will be blank.
I've deleted the app and reinstalled it but I will give it a go again, it's really upsetting because I like Spotify a lot and it's a great music app.
If a fix becomes available I'd be more than happy to come back to Spotify but in the meantime I'll need to use something else as I can't listen to the music I want to listen to.
