Hello,
I have Spotify Premium on PC, Android and iOS (iPod touch 4th), and at first I noted that a few songs of my playlists were not showing on my iPod. I dragged the songs from one playlist to another.
Thanks for your help!

It is strange because I had both playlists available offline since a long time ago and the songs disappeared from the iPod but not from the Android device.
Thank you very much!
