Songs skipping after 10 seconds and stoping at 1 sec on ipad

Hey I have probably the last iPad before air came out  never had any problems like this since I installed  the app  it skips songs I selected to start with  at the 10 sec mark when I open the app and stops at 1 sec near the end of songs how do I fix it 

using wifi I think 32 gb
