Songs will not download to offline

Hello, I seem to need some help.

Recently (this happened a few weeks ago, but I can't remember how I fixed it...), whenever I "star" something on my iPod, it won't download for offline use. Sometimes, I will just get on Spotify, and it will suddenly be downloading multiple songs in my Starred playlist to offline, but all it does is show the loading bar almost all the way full, saying "Syncing 1 of __", but it doesn't actually sync, and the currently downloading song will not go to offline use.

Hey there, how much free space does your iPod have at the moment? Syncing stopping midway through a playlist is generally caused by a lack of space to sync to. We recommend 500MB+, ideally more.
