Songs won't start playing when they're also in the local library

As said in the heading. I can't state a specific date when this started but it should've be approximately two to three weeks ago.

For example I saved Blink-182's album California in my local storage.

Everytime I want to play a song of that album it would start up for less than a second and then stop and won't go on.

I had this for multiple songs that i had in my local library. Imported songs also don't work in the same way as said before.

The only solution that works at the moment is deleting said songs from my local library.
