Songs won't sync to offline mode

I am really getting sick of spotify. I have a premium account and my songs won't even sync to offline mode. This has been happening for about 3 weeks now. The green arrow to say they're available offline won't show its just grey all the time. I've tried deleting the app and redownloading, signing in and out, playing every song in my songs over and over again but nothing is working and I'm really annoyed over it because I'm the one paying for it! Please someone help I would really appreciate it.

Also I have 18GBs of space available so it's nothing to do with that.

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG) or @SpotifyAyuda (ESP).
